张圣容
Pioneer of Conformal Geometry and Nonlinear PDEs
Biography
Sun-Yung Alice Chang is a distinguished mathematician whose work in differential geometry, partial differential equations, and conformal geometry has had a profound impact on modern analysis. As the Eugene Higgins Professor of Mathematics at Princeton University, she has made important contributions to the study of extremal problems in spectral geometry and the regularity of nonlinear elliptic equations. She received the Ruth Lyttle Satter Prize in 1995 and is a Fellow of the American Mathematical Society.
